Parish Council comments:

Permission to build a new garage and workshop was granted in 2007. Permission to use the building for residential accommodation was specifically refused due to a concern that parking space used for the inn could be reduced.

It should be noted that part of the present car park for the Inn is leased and if the lease was not renewed parking would be severely restricted.

If permission for use as a residential accommodation is granted we would suggest that the building should remain an integral part of the inn premises and not disposed of separately.
